OUROBOROS is a product line by Maruhachi Kasei, a plastics maker in Aichi, Japan. OBORO is the glow-in-the-dark version.
Features
Two independent gates - keep your keys and key rings together, or clip onto belt loops and bags. The top and bottom gates open separately.
Glow that will not peel off - the luminous pigment is mixed into the resin, not painted on. It charges under LED light too, and can be recharged any number of times.
How it glows - after about 1 hour of light, it glows brightest at first and can still be seen in the dark 3 hours later (manufacturer test).

Works with the clip - attaches to OUROBOROS CLIP (including OBORO).
Recycled material - made with recycled luminous polycarbonate, reclaimed from molding offcuts.
